A compact kit for determining the haemoglobin in the blood. The kit consists of a Sahli haemometer, graduated dilution tube, dropping pipette, brush, glass rod, amber coloured acid vial, a blood pipette and a suction tube.

It consists of 2 pipettes, one for red blood corpuscles and the other for white blood corpuscles and a Counting Chamber, packed in a leatherite case.

01 A convenient table model that can be operated with either hand, having 8 keys and 1 totalizer unit, for use with a microscope to count the Meta-Myelocytes, Basophil, Monocytes, Lymphocytes, Polycytes and a window for other mIscellaneous cells. Each key can record up to 999 with the exception of the totalizer unit which records the total number of strokes made on all the other keys. At totals of 100, 200, 300, etc., the totalizer unit rings a bell. The keys are positioned low, allowing the wrist to rest on the table and registers are located above the corresponding key for continuous visibility. A reset knob at either end of the counter can turn all the keys to zero.

02 Similar to the above, but having 5 keys and a totalizer unit to count the Basophils, Eosinophils, Monocytes, Lymphocytes and a window for other miscellaneous cells.

A glass tube having a uniform bulb which contains a red bead (for RBC) and a white bead (for WBC). The tube is white back with permanent graduations and the tip of the tube is finely ground and bevelled to ensure precise sampling and delivery. The other end of the glass tube is fitted with a 20 cm latex or transparent pvc mouth piece tubing.

Made from sheet metal and finished in white enamel, to hold micro sedimentation tubes by placing in the tube on the spring-loaded tab on the base and releasing to allow it to tighten against the corresponding tab on top of the stand. Positions are numbered for easy identification.
