1.	How to get your catalogue? We wish to know a little about your company. Kindly click here to send us your details. Catalogues are normally airmailed but if these are required urgently please provide us your FedEx or DHL courier account number.

How to get samples?

Samples are important for approval in order to conclude any business. We will be glad to send a reasonable amount of samples (both in value and weight) free of cost by airmail. However, if these are required urgently we can send it through FedEx or DHL if you could provide us your account number. Samples of greater value or if the number of samples is more we will charge a nominal amount.

3.	What are your minimum orders? Any order with a F.O.B. value of over US$ 750.00 is preferable and will be accepted without any additional charges (like bank charges, custom and forwarding charges etc.). Orders below a F.O.B. value of US$ 750.00 will attract an additional charge of US$ 50.00.

5.	What are your terms of payment? Any order with a F.O.B. value of over US$ 750.00 is preferable and will be accepted without any additional charges (like bank charges, custom and forwarding charges etc.). Orders below a F.O.B. value of US$ 750.00 will attract an additional charge of US$ 50.00.
a.	100% advance by wire transfer or bank draft for a small order.
b.	For bigger orders 25% in advance and balance 75% prior to shipment or documents through your bank for balance payment.
c.	Letter of Credit at sight.
d.	Terms of payment may be changed with mutual consent subject to our getting permission from our government.

6.	What are your lead times? Lead times are reasonable and will depend upon the quantity and item being ordered.
